• Goin' Bush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is equipped for off-road driving and that they possess the necessary skills to safely navigate tracks listed on the platform.
• Users assume all risks associated with off-road driving and acknowledge that information provided by other users may be inaccurate or outdated.

5. User-Generated Content

• By submitting content to Goin' Bush, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and display this content in connection with our services.
• You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or offensive.

6. Prohibited Conduct
